A pet house can create a familiar corner for quiet time, but choosing one involves more than appearance. Space, access, cleaning and your animal’s behaviour all matter. We bring these practical considerations into the shopping information so you can make a considered choice.
Our focus: indoor comfort
Our collection is intended for indoor use unless an individual listing clearly states otherwise. Indoor pet houses should be placed in a dry, stable and well-ventilated location away from direct heat, open flames, trailing electrical cables and busy walkways. They are not a substitute for exercise, supervision, suitable room temperature or veterinary care. We do not describe products as medical treatments or promise that a particular animal will use a house. Each pet has its own habits, size and preferences.
Choosing a suitable space
Measure your pet and the area where you intend to place the product. Allow comfortable room for your animal to enter, turn around and rest in a natural position. Check entrance dimensions as well as external measurements; the overall footprint does not always indicate the usable interior. Straightforward shopping
Our store prices are in pounds sterling. Standard UK delivery has a flat charge of £19 per order. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and transit normally takes 4–5 business days, giving an estimated total of 5–7 business days. The order cut-off is 5:00 PM GMT. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. We do not add hidden handling or administration charges; the order total is shown before payment. Support after your purchase
Our voluntary return window is 60 calendar days from delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer voluntary exchanges. Customers arrange and pay for return labels and shipping for change-of-mind returns, with no restocking fee. Statutory remedies and seller-paid reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods remain available. Refund handling is explained in the return policy, including the shorter legal deadlines that apply to statutory refunds. We want the process to be understandable before you order.
Clear information before you order
Please read the relevant product description, dimensions, materials, included components and care guidance before placing an order. Indoor pet houses should be selected for the individual animal and the space available in your home.
